Chesterfield Missouri, where Kandula is from, is a suburb west of St. Louis. According to the Rockwood School District, Kandula graduated from Marquette Senior High School in 2022. Fun fact: In Canada, violent crime statistics used to to track the race/ethnicity of the accused. Because of just how many violent offenders were not in fact white, they scrapped keeping records of the race/ethnicity of the accused, with certain politicians in power crying about tracking the race/ethnicity of the offender being "racist".

Funny how it's only "racist" to track such things when the stats show that in most cases, the accused/offender is NOT white. When only a small number of these people are actually white, it suddenly becomes "racist" to track their race/ethnicity.
