Which says, in the very first paragraph:
"Special counsel John Durham concluded that the FBI should never have launched a full investigation into connections between Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia during the 2016 election, according to a report compiled over three years by the Trump-administration appointee and released on Monday."Again...key part is "Trump-administration appointee"...regardless of what Jake Tapper said or CNN had up on-screen. The "Breaking News" is simply quoting what that article stated that Durham had "concluded". They were not saying it themselves, nor was Jake Tapper saying it as his own opinion or interpretation.
So, once again, as you right-wingers and Trumpers always do, you twisted something out of context or what the deeper meaning was to suit your own purpose.
As I said above: Emphasis on the fact Durham was appointed by Trump...which makes him unreliable and untrustworthy.

Typo...Barr may have appointed Durham, but did so during the Trump administration...regardless of what Jabba The Barr thinks of Trump now.
Barr can kvetch all he likes about Dumb Donald, but he was just as complicit while he was in Trump's reign. -

My comment wasn't about the report but rather was in response to your blabber in response to my statement that impeachment requires some sort of wrong doing.
If there is evidence of something that would be grounds for impeachment, then I'm all for it. What I do have a problem with though is trying something like that solely for being the political opponent. This applies regardless of what side it happens on.
There are so many things that have come to surface that were either completely fabricated, or were used to push the agenda/narrative of the opposing party or candidate, while simultaneously ignoring evidence that would have proved a very different story. All I'm saying here is with how much corruption and how many lies that have been told on both sides we are now in a world where it becomes hard to truly distinguish what is fact and what is fabrication.... what is real, and what's not

As we saw with Trump, you can simply make shit up to impeach a person.
State and local officials do not have the authority to enforce federal laws, but DA Bragg and several others are trying to do that. Bragg is trying to prosecute Trump for something the federal election commission said was not a crime.
Soros-funded DAs ran on prosecuting Trump and not prosecuting criminals.
I'm sure that if the Repubs were as crackhead crazy as the Dems, they could find even the tiniest reason to impeach Biden.
