Seeding to correct tracker, but always "querying"

I've uploaded a torrent and I'm seeding. But it doesn't seem to be connecting to the tracker. The tracker URL is correct. But it's never going beyond "querying" the tracker. Using Vuze. Any ideas about what's wrong?
