Hello, thanks for the reply all. i already downgrade my utorrent to version 3.5.5 build 45505 and i already Uncheck - Updates & Privacy / Check - Notify me before installing updates as suggested and it worked ! but the problem right now is the torrent from this link :

the number 1 torrent as you can see in the picture the status still at "connecting to peers" while the number 2 the status is downloading. any idea why this is happening ? Thanks a lot.

w/c is why connecting to peers, this is normal w/ few seeder ...
Wait or be patient time will tell ...

In addition on top left toolbar point on Options/Set up Guide - Run Test ... [this will find the best connection or choose closest for best performance] ...

In Preferences/Connection [6881 to 6889] default or or chose Random Port ...
This will find a port forward if you;re not connecting from peers ...

Here is an ex:

I am both seeding/uploading w/ or w/o the presence of a seeder w/c is normal in torrenting ...
known as [bad seed] ...

In your case leave standby or stop, to free slot, or resume when you see enough seeder ...
It's not a problem ...

Send a message to the helpdesk requesting a freeleech and send them the link to the torrent in question.

Don't write a TED Talk, be brief, say you're trying to download it but are unable due to few seeders that can't establish a connection, followed by the torrent link.

Torrents with too few seeders are very hard to download, some peers refuse to connect because of bad settings, either on your side or the seeders' so a freeleech makes it more likely that someone else will be able to download, and then you'll be able to download from this person.
