Send a message to the helpdesk requesting a freeleech and send them the link to the torrent in question.

Don't write a TED Talk, be brief, say you're trying to download it but are unable due to few seeders that can't establish a connection, followed by the torrent link.

Torrents with too few seeders are very hard to download, some peers refuse to connect because of bad settings, either on your side or the seeders' so a freeleech makes it more likely that someone else will be able to download, and then you'll be able to download from this person.

In addition on top left toolbar point on Options/Set up Guide - Run Test ... [this will find the best connection or choose closest for best performance] ...

    This will find a port forward if you;re not connecting from peers ...

    invalid URL w/c is preventing tracker from connecting ...

You need to downgrade ASAP ... or switch client ...

And i already tried other torrent like qBittorrent but the status it stays "stalled", i think it pretty much the same result as my uTorrent. and i already tried to follow the guide in this forum to install uTorrent 2.2.1, but it keep crashing. Do you have any solution for this ? thanks !

My system "auto upgraded" and it was a mess, so I downloaded and re-installed uTorrent 3.5, turning "auto updates" off.

If you search the forum for the term uTorrent, you'll find a handy how-to guide for doing this, posted by @john32123666 . It works very well, keeps all your current torrents, etc.
