Looking for a movie (beach voyeur scene)

I'm looking for a movie that I haven't seen in about 15 years. IIRC, it was "vintage" when I first saw it.
The only thing I remember is a scene on the beach, where a guy is napping nude on the beach and another guy is spying from the bushes and jerking off. The voyeur runs out and shoots his load on the sleeping guy's face before running off.
Any help would be appreciated!
