I don't recognize the bottom, especially with all that clothes on, but the top guy was in a lot of 1990s Studio 2000, or Vivid Men or even maybe Catalina films, that largely blended into each other and I never thought much of him as a porn model to remember his actual name, sorry. Hopefully, someone else will help you out with better details.
Next time, it helps to post more at least two or better three images, and you can do reverse image searches if you can't find more than one image to start with. Good luck!

@leeniedo Yes - the extra pictures help. That is Marc Rossi, but no idea what scene it is. As I said, it's likely something like HIS or Catalina.
Rossi had a great body but only a very average dick and for a total top, and for being paired with some so-so bottoms, it just didn't make a number of his films memorable, certainly not enough to remember the names. At least not to me, sorry again, @JacksonBrand!

Because similar titles exist, just to make it more explicit Ace in the Hole from Catalina / Channel 1 Releasing.
