        Sadly, you'll find freaks like this among any group of people. It's just a shame that the group as a whole gets a bad rap for the actions of only a few.

            Why do they still keep their penises if they wanted to be refer as a woman?

              @kalayaan I can think of a few.

              lack of gender dysphoria, cost of medical procedures, fear of medical procedures, they don't mind their body not matching their gender, etc.

              Whether or not they're valid reasons is up to interpretation but IMO it mostly just boils down to not really needing to fit with the stereotypical/expected image of a woman.
