I downloaded a torrent file a couple month ago, but it's downloading now automatically! And my ratio is decreasing. I don't know why, does somebody use my account to download this file?

If you did not download a torrent or did download, once a seeder/peers connected it will continue until completed ...

        And my ratio is decreasing.

If you downloaded large amount of file content w/o sharing/distributing/contributing, the system will hurt your Ratio ...

Sounds like you have deleted / moved / renamed whatever files you originally downloaded so your torrent client can't find them anymore and assumes they haven't been downloaded, so it's downloading them again.
If you're not going to be seeding the files anymore, then just delete the torrent from your client so it won't keep downloading.

Thank you for your advice, but it's not like that. In fact, I have less patient to wait others to download my files, so I don't store and upload old files on my computer, I pefer to upload something new to keep my ratio at a good level.
It's really strange, I used to encounter this problem, but it won't actually download, just appear in the leeching bar. But this time, it really influenced my ratio.

Check your client settings and see if it is set to automatically add newly downloaded torrent files. I get this sometimes if I accidentally download the .torrent file twice.

What happens is you get 2 copies of the .torrent file in you downloads folder in Windows. When I delete a download from my client it's set to also delete the .torrent file. What can happen is that if there's a duplicate in the watched download folder it will immediately pick that up and start downloading it.
