Upload amount not updating

How long does it take for the upload amount and ratio to be updated?
I have uploaded 4 new torrents amd successfully seeded them but the uploaded ount and ratio has still not been updated. Someone please help me out

Tracker Updates every 30 minutes ...
System profile updates every hour ...
And what you posted and seeded depends on the amount ...EQUIVALENT VALUES: download/upload/[share]
a 500 mb download = (-) minus 2 or more ...
a 500 mb + upload = (+) 1 only ...
Seed downloads ... the system is registering you as a seeder 0.5 points. You receive for every hour [SBP] ...

If a torrent you are currently leeching/seeding is not listed on your profile, just wait or force a manual update.
Make sure you exit your client properly, so that the tracker receives "event=completed".
If the tracker is down, do not stop seeding. As long as the tracker is back up before you exit the client the stats should update properly.If you are in doubt please write to helpdesk:
