why can't I seed my downloaded files?

Hey. I don't understand why I can't seed files I've just downloaded. (i'm using utorrent.)
Can anybody help me?

you can't seed files if there are already enough seeder/peers connected or leechers from [swarm] ...
unless you're the only seeder ...
and relies on your bandwidth/speed ...
