Who can help me with locating a reliable bot to save files from private groups?

If it's a restricted public group or channel (with a public handle) it is possible to copy a message link and forward said link to a bot like @getanymessagebot that will be able to gather its content and send it back to you. Obviously it is mandatory that it's a public group or channel, if it's private no bot will be able to retrieve any content.
