Torrent contains no piece hashes!

After uploading my torrent using QTM, I went to my uploaded torrent page here to download my torrent and seed it but when I try to open the downloaded torrent file, an error appeared saying Unable to load "my torrent name":torrent contains no piece hashes!
I've tried to re-upload my torrent twice, same error occured
Any idea? -
One of the files seem to have non latin (roman) charcters in its filename. Can you try renaming it, using only the roman script characters (a-z, A-Z)?
