You stupid, stupid man... I'm not defending it! I'm pointing out that this stupid shit comes from an area FULL of radical leftists (who want to control the way people think JUST AS BADLY as you do! Just in different ways!)
This "story" is like pointing out a barking dog as-if it was meowing like a cat! NO! It's just another barking dog, and another radical trying to ENFORCE their point of view.
IMHO, both should be "put down" (the radical left and radical right, not the dog! I have nothing against dogs!)

That is like saying the US Tax Code encourages home ownership, but little else...
The Florida Law goes WAY beyond the teaching of sex to young children - indeed, that provision in the law is a RED HERRING! Designed to be a LIGHTENING ROD to steer conversations AWAY from the real purpose of the law:
- empowering religious conservative parents to sue schools and school boards for teaching material they don't approve of "as not being age appropriate" for their children!
School boards across the state are already re-working budgets to allocate 2x, even 3x more funding to their legal departments to defend against these lawsuits...
Where is that money coming from?
- Arts
- Music
- Extracurricular activities
- classroom supplies
I know this will be a shocking statement, but here goes:
Lawyers are expensive!

As an attorney that has read the entire piece of legislation as enacted, I can tell you with certainty that if you sincerely believe that your quote above adequately summarizes this law, then you have been bamboozled. Even the section you're trying to reference goes way beyond how you've tried to summarize it, and that section isn't even the major section of the piece of legislation.

You got extremely abusive and ran away when I proved that book was in at least one elementary school. It was also in junior high schools.
