Unable to access browse or search

Hi, I recently signed up and confirmed my email.
I cannot access the browse or search portion of the site, either on the new domain gaytor.rent or the older gaytor.rent.
After logging in I see the welcome page and can access the forum, but selecting 'login' and logging in returns me to the welcome page, as does selecting 'torrents' from the forum and again logging in.
Cookies are enabled, uBlock origin and uMatrix extensions have been both enabled and disabled to no effect within Firefox. Firefox v100.00, Firefox ESR, Vivaldi, and Pale Moon all have the same outcome.
I do actively use PIA vpn, only disabled once during signup over an LTE connection, and I prefer to keep that on permanently when using wifi.
Anything else I should know or try?
