No peers to download my seeding torrents! Help!

So I am having trouble seeding torrents to fix my ratio so I can download again but I'm not getting any upload speeds. The tracker seems to be connecting but no one is connecting and downloading them even though the statistics page says the files have been snatched multiple times. Is this an issue with the new website domain and if so should I use the old tracker link? Also if I need to use the old tracker link can someone give it to me please so I can update the tracker in the torrents? Thank you.

Nevermind I fixed it by tweaking the settings in vuze and forwarding ports in my router and assigning leased ip by mac so i always get the same ip.

what did you change into vuze
Have you changed the settings on the router for outgoing connections or between the router and the computer?
