I feel pain on my penis. attached a photo. is that an STD? what do I do?

Best to get checked regardless, but I had something that looked like this once, you might have caused a friction burn on yourself. Went too hard or too long at it and hurt yourself. I had to be nice to it for a week or so and put some type of antibiotic on it to stay clean, but I was fine. I would still get it checked out just to be sure though, I ain't a doctor haha
