Best time to make a torrent Freeleech?

What is the best time or time zones to make a torrent freeleech?
Since some of the bigger torrents cost a lot of seed points what is the best day, time, and in what timezone to make in order to get the maximum exposure. -
If I remember right, this was asked before and the answer was over the weekend- like on a Friday night through Saturday. At least that's what I think the answer given by moderators was.

Yea I remember the post but after trying different searches I haven't been able to find it.
I have been the lone seeder on a large file for a while and it will cost a lot to make it freeleech.
I want to make sure it gets a response since It hasn't been touched in a month and I'd like to get a few more seeders on it.
I don't really care about ratio I just want more seeders -
I'm pretty sure it's weekend. I post pics to tmblr and amount of people accessing them is vast compared to the "minuscule few" who surf mo-fri.
