why can't i send messages?

someone DMed me, I tried to reply, but it says you are not allowed to send messages. Why? am I the only one?

I'll have to look for it, but "newbies" have limits on PM messaging. The rule was created some time back because people were creating fake accounts to harass people with PMs.
Maybe someone else can find the actual rule?

@bi4smooth can you check my account too? was trying to PM the people who liked the first set of these vids to let em know I had uploaded a second set.

I'm not a moderator or staff member... just an old-timer (been on this site since 2008) whose seen a LOT of changes over the years!
