初来乍到，新人求教个问题

大家好鸭，新人第一次接触torrent 这个东西，这个网站上的torrent都是pt而不是bt是吗，想知道在德国下载private torrent 是合法的吗，有什么方法可以规避下风险以及这个torrent又要怎么下载啊，谢谢大家！

@dacao 一般来说法律限制的是分享盗版文件，也就是上传，即使是private torrent也是会上传的，所以还是有风险的，具体还是要看看本国的法律是怎么样的。
比较安全的办法是租一个seedbox或者用VPN，seedbox的原理是你租用的远程服务器下载/上传种子，然后你只从服务器下载文件，VPN是通过加密通道让ISP不知道你在干什么，但是部分VPN并不支持torrent

在德国还不好解决吗？买个卢森堡或者荷兰或者西班牙或者冰岛等等不怎么鸟版权声明的服务器下完再拖回来就是了。
