I can't seed my downloaded torrents, is the tracker correct?

has this tracker changed over time? I'm trying to seed and raise my ration but Deluge says connection times out, another torrent (I'm downloading/uploading two from this site) says "Your Download rights got taken. Read the Rules or contact a Moderator." However, I can't upload either

I also can't upload my own torrents, I still get the Download error when I download them in order to seed them.. I'm stuck!

If you are downloading the torrent file from this site, then the tracker address will be correct.

The only file you are seeding is seeded by 9 others and no leechers.
I reset your download rights.
Download a new Freeleech video you should be able to seed it to others.
