求助做种上传出现的问题

这几天下载了Freeleech视频，以及自己上传的几十个视频，出现红种（tracker显示离线超时）问题。这种情况正常吗？自己手动更新下tracker偶尔会变绿开始上传，是因为当前没人下载所以会变红吗。求个大佬帮我解答一下 -
