This should be a criminal act - in the same way threatening to beat up someone is ASSAULT and actually doing it is BATTERY.

Revenge porn happens against men too, but the law is written in a gendered manner, as are many non-gendered issues.

She was found guilty, but is free without bail, until her sentencing.
Despite the court hearing her voicemail messages, she claims she was taken out of context and was simply warning her victim about not violating Covid restrictions. She said she will appeal the conviction.
The transcripts of the calls can be found online. Judge for yourself if she's innocent and taken out of context.

Apparently, she was only convicted because she has a black vagina, according to her. Her sole justification for appealing is that the judge has a white penis.
Of course, she couldn't have been convicted based on the voicemails, text messages, emails, and all the other evidence against her.
If I go to court and I get a black female judge, do I get to use racism and sexism to have the judge removed from the case or as my justification for an appeal?!
