I am guilty of doing a little sniff and wear a couple times as a teenager.
The only time I can remember actually stealing any was a sheer black g-string of my father's that I stumbled across once when I was a kid. I would occasionally steal them to wear in front of the mirror while home alone. …until the day I got too excited and came in them. Couldn't clean them up in time, so I just kept them.
Now, I was showering at a gym a couple months ago, and saw the speedos of the guy in the next stall hanging over the top of the wall between us. Can't say I wasn't tempted >:D, but I left them where they were.

When I was younger I would take underwear from my friends older brothers when I would spend the night. A couple times they were clearly used as cum rags which made it all the more exciting.
