Can't vote tags on uploaded torrents?

Hi, just wanted to know if this is general for everybody or if something is wrong with my torrent uploading, but for about a few days now I can't seem to vote tags for the torrents I've uploaded and whenever I upload new stuff it keeps saying I'm not allowed to vote, but before I used to be able to.
Did that change?

Same here. I asked support and got this message:
"Greetings,
You can only vote on torrents which you have downloaded. This means that you cannot vote on your own uploads."
But every time I upload something it still wants me to vote and the get the error message you mention.

When you mean 'vote tag' after an upload, do you mean adding extra (5) categories for the the 2 points? If so, I too have been getting an error only it says this:
"Error during vote.. you are not allowed to vote for this torrent!
