hey guys hows lockdown for you? im single on my own and finding it hard sometimes on lockdown.how you guys coping with it all?

I'm sorry to hear that. Is it a full lockdown and stay at home order?
Where I am, we are not back in lockdown, but the neighbouring regions are in a partial lockdown order.
When we were in full lockdown, I did my best to do some bodyweight exercises at home but it didn't continue.
I've found considering it solitude instead of loneliness is a good start, but it highly depends if you are an extrovert or introvert. -
Although people here are acting like there isn't a virus out there, I'm home, horny, because I'm group risk.

We are having some restrictions again in Madrid (Spain), not as hard as the ones we had in March, but still some restrictions for movement and recommendation to stay home as much as possible and only go out if necessary…
A bit tired of all this virus issue and the lockdown... but we must be patient to finish with this virus as soon as possible.

Up here in Canada's been getting a little rough. Restrictions are starting to weigh down even the hospital workflow, so i havnt been able to find some of my MD internships. Otherwise, the reality TV show from our southern neighbor keeps us entertained.

Things are getting better in my city, but not in the rest of the country: there are still some restrictions to move from one region to another one in the same country and we are not allowed to freely move to visit friends or family…
