    New Russian logging laws in effect. Should we be concerned?

      Got a message from my VPN provider that new laws have gone into effect that possible would impact us here:

      "The Russian Government has passed a new law that mandates that every provider must log all Russian internet traffic for up to a year. "

      As long as we are using a VPN for upload/download I assume we are ok? How about just the act of downloading the torrent file? I am generally not connected to my VPN when browsing this site or when I download the torrent.

        If you life in Russia, yes, you should be concerned. However not for the use of GayTorrent.ru…
