Should we be concerned?]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">Got a message from my VPN provider that new laws have gone into effect that possible would impact us here:</p>
<p dir="auto">"The Russian Government has passed a new law that mandates that every provider must log all Russian internet traffic for up to a year. "</p>
<p dir="auto">As long as we are using a VPN for upload/download I assume we are ok? How about just the act of downloading the torrent file? I am generally not connected to my VPN when browsing this site or when I download the torrent.</p>
