Tracker status - "failed to connect to server"

The second day hangs in the tracker status -
"failed to connect to server".
Accordingly, I can not download and seed, what's the problem?

There is usually a reason why it failed to connect. When you click on the torrent, then the "Trackers" tab, does it show you anything more specific?
Also, have you tried turning off the SSL tracker?
