Looks like a photo of a regular suction cup dildo that has been vertically compressed to fit in a square. Â I doubt anyone makes one quite that short and fat with such flat balls and suction cup. Â :afr:
Here's one somewhat similar but don't pay $80 for it. Â Just search for "short fat dildo".
