Downloading if ratio drops below minimum

will all torrent stop downloading once it happens? if so will uploading file stop too?

When you fall below your minimum ratio, you will be limited to two downloads at a time I think it is. That said however, you will still be able to upload and seed without any issues for content that you have already downloaded or are uploading as a new torrent.
