What position do you sleep in?

Both left and right generally

In fetal position if I'm cold -

Most of the times on my left side.

I usually sleep on my stomach with four pillows under my chin or sometimes on my right side with the left knee nearly touching my chin while my right leg is outstretched down the bed.
I can't sleep at all if I lie on my back - when I close my eyes the vertigo is trying to send me in space. :crazy2: -

I usually sleep on left or side depending on my mood. But I usually sleep naked with pillow in my arm, as if I am sleep with a man in my arms ;).

Does anyone know if there is any reason (psychologically speaking) why we prefer a specific position in particular?

left or right, I can go with either and don't prefer either one over the other…not sure what that says about me lol
