Will it cause any issues such as wrong upload or download amount?

On the most part, you can use most any VPN with our site. Some VPN's however such as NorVPN and PIA seem to have issues connecting to our site. I personally recommend using PrivateVPN, as that's what a number of our staff use, however the key to whatever VPN that you use is that it needs to support port forwarding for ALL ports. This is critical for getting proper upload traffic.

What about the rules about the IP ? I don't really understand this part. If you use a VPN on the site aren't you gonna get problems/basically removed/ since it is very likely you are sharing the same IP with someone else /which normally is forbidden / ?

No… You can have multiple IP addresses on one account. You just can't use more than one account on the same IP address. With VPN users, it is not all that common to get falsely flagged. Proxy servers on the other hand are a different ball of wax, due to the difference in the way that they work.
