The openbittorrent torrent for this collection is still going strong. I just checked–-it has 12 seeds and 30 leechers at the moment, and it has been seeding since at least 2010, when I got the torrent. Just as with any other torrent folder, you can pick and choose which individual files you want to download, so the 20Gb size is a non-issue.
If you go to torrentreactor and search on discipline4boys, you'll get the torrent.
