i should be doing 3 times a week, but i just do two times a week most of the time.

4-5 times a week. Yeah, I know it's… a lot. I cannot be bothered to be super strict with my diet all the time, though, and having a strict exercise regime gives me more wiggle room regarding my food.

Normally 2 or 3 times a week will work, but I guess if you work around sick people all the time then it becomes more difficult

basically depends on which muscle groups you are working out
if you exercise the same muscle groups every time you work out, 2-4 times is good -
Well, thats always an issue for me. Here is how i train at the moment and i fell it still isnt enough .
I go to EMS trainin twiche a week, monday and friday . i TRY to do cardio on tuesday and thursday.
Its very difficult to motivate myself to be honest.
