Too scared to tell new friends

im 36 and still find it difficult to tell new friends that im gay, i dont know whether it was the way i was raised or the time i was raised but i have this underlying sense of guilt and fear of losing a new friend. anyone else have similar problems? xx

Don't you think if they are really your friends, then they would accept you for who you are?
