      Does anyone know if drunk person having gay sex is really not aware of what he is doing?

        Well, there's definitely a problem with giving consent while drunk. And if you don't know how many drinks that person had nor know that person, then they could definitely exhibit behavior that's outside their normal sober interactions. So it can be an incredibly difficult situation. Be careful.

          A person unable to communicate i.e. give consent verbally can't consent but drunk sex is always good. Basically just stay away from the ones that can't remember their own name & you'll be fine get the tipsy ones.

            Depends on how drunk they are.

            A little alcohol loosens inhibitions and impairs judgment.  Enough alcohol, sure they would not even know who they are with or what is going on around them or remember anything the next day but at that point they probably couldn't actively engage in sexual intercourse.
