What do you find MOST attractive about a man, physically?

I'm a chubby chaser which makes that a bit obvious what attracts me.  However, if I sense their personality is not good or anything negative then they stop being attractive and become repelling.  To use the tired saying:  "It's not what's on the outside that counts but what's on the inside as well."

Definitely face.  But I have to qualify that.
Most men who are handsome I don't find attractive.  I prefer guys who have quirky and expressive faces over someone who resembles a perfect statue or Ken Doll.  I'm really into guys who are cute and/or nerdy.

Love this answer. I'd have my version of that as "drunk eyes" (while not drunk).

That said, of course the most attractive feature about a man I find is his face - particularly a cute nose and decent teeth. After that a cute round butt, and I'm sold.
