Unable to download torrent files

Hey, i cant download any torrents files. Previously i was warned because of a low ratio (if i recall correctly) so my download rights were taken. Today i made a donation and recived a PM saying thanks and my download right will be restored. But this isnt the case.
Is there still something i need to rectify with my account. as im also unable to select some other features of the site such as the search function.
Please let me know what i should do to correct this. and appologies if this post was made in the incorrect forum.

Well, you certainly have no ratio problem now.
If you are still having problems I'd suggest a message to the Help Desk (button at the top) explaining your problem and asking what you should do next

Duplicate account issues can't be resolved through donations.
Only by following the instructions in the system warning PM or indeed by asking for assistance on the Helpdesk.
