There's need to be an announcement in the Home page regarding the server outage

Because it's been 48hs since the last time normal user are able to upload a new torrent.
Mods are doing the best they can in the meantime by making torrents freeleech and reuploading old torents, but regular member can't upload anything.
When we try to upload a image to the torrent: "System is down for maintenance". So, we can't upload a torrent.
Please make an announcement.
