                To be honest, I thought he was fine in The Lovely Bones and The Happening, but these were "every-man" roles that could have been played by literally hundreds of today's lead actors.

                How silly, really, for him to opine about God's forgiveness for a movie role.

                Looking a wee bit further back, I'd like to believe he feels remorse about his violent, racist past, but all the same, being a famous name shouldn't grant you an expunging of your criminal record.

                      Perhaps, after he receives a Papal dispensation for Boogie Nights, Mark Wahlberg should ask forgiveness from the financial backers of his movies in the first half of last year, which underperformed significantly:
