Help Stuck!

So i downloaded a video a while ago but i accidently deleted it so i want to redownload it but no one is seeding and therefore if i dont have the file i cant seed what can i do?

Just remember that if you re-download the file it will add to your download total again.
As for getting a seed, if you really want the file, you can press the reseed button and hope someone starts again - they usually do
