this week is a Nobel prize week, although there’s no more new for many years of physics science, but something must be changed for soon. the most highlighted about the capturing of Gravitational waves. there must be a whole month celebration in stockholm

I put some wild tiny apple add flavor, potatoes and gingers, I use two kindof sausage, sweet and hot pepper. I made these sausages at last weekend.

I'm happy for the this December weekend, the first "light jacket and sweatpants" time in South Florida. Although, too bad for the tourists -- a bit too breezy and chilly to be on the beach!

I like Swedish meatballs too, the hard roasted meatballs which made by beef pork and chicken add abit salt and white pepper, simple and delicious.

happy another weekend, have a look what I found this afternoon, It cost me a cigarette to take the picture from a old man. have some simple chat with him, he catched it from a big tree. it's a very dangerous and mysterious animal.
Dragon Turtle (龍龜 Alligator snapping turtle) from the old myth here, there are four kinds of mysterious creatures : dragon, phonix, kirin and dragon turtle, the four creatires made the world with powerful and choas, util the Pangu split the sky and land by his axe, the world begining.
another story about it, it said that the Dragon have nine sons, each one is differient, the 9th son is dragon turtle.

meet a dragon here means something good will happen to you. lol

I'm a non smoker, but take some cigarette with you sometimes it will have a usage. Most of the male here smoke.... my father is a smoker, so that's bcos why I am a non smoker.

happy weekend everyone. it’s time to welcome the spring is coming. for me. from last night I start to extend the cold water shower time from 3 minuets to 5 minuets. and I will reach my February walking goal today, 319km. feel very awesome

As for this weekend, it has been getting warmer here as summer approaches so I spent yesterday swimming.
Today is a Sunday and I'm just lazing about after lunch with family.
