This conversation always comes up with the premise, if a man has sex with X he must have a sexual orientation to be attracted to X.
Men can have sex with: flesh jacks, dildos, cucumbers, pillows, teddy bears, bicycles, vacuum cleaners….
There is no need to be 'attracted' to something to be able to masturbate.

I agree with previous comments. There doesn't have to be a sexual attraction in order to have sex with someone. Hell, I can have sex with a woman if I wanted to, but I wouldn't feel attracted to her and I doubt I'd enjoy it.
Same thing applies for the "gay for pay" actors. They're doing it for the money and probably have minimal to no attraction to the other guys they're doing.

I think it is a job for most of them. I bet most have no attraction towards men but I also think gay for pay lets them explore the idea and not have to feel awkward for trying it out once or twice. I notice some seem to do it across multiple sites and then come to realize they are more bi than straight but still heavily lean towards women.

I've seen that a few times as well.
Lucas from Corbin Fisher is one of the examples I love. He started off identifying as straight, then talked one of his friends from the gym into doing scenes with them, then later identified as bisexual in a video when he had to have sex with a straight guy who was obviously not into it.Then there's the fake 'gay for pay' where guys who elsewhere had identified as gay/bisexual pretend to be straight to sell to the audience who prefer the fantasy of straight guys having sex.

There's no religion in China and Japan, so attitudes on getting off with a dude are totally different. There's also an attitude that college is a time to get everything out of your system before you integrate into the hierarchy. There's a lot of gay for pay stuff here, most often called NONKEI and it's real.
There are host clubs where straight men work. Some are non-sex, like Butler Cafes. They mostly tend to women but when a man comes in they are every bit as attentive.

actually i think you don’t know much about the culture of China. not the same with japanese, bcos taiwan has been long time influenced by japan so there must be more like japan. the slut and nasty of male is Discrimined by everyone. but if you are a female, you will be treated slightly. from the inner land fro west to north, the culture still very original. some place male to male love is more like a brother relationship. when they married a female each. they will keep together not just for sex, their wife know that don’t say anything bcos it’s normal there. but in another place you would be killed when you have sex with another male….. so don’t have male host room here. may be some male whore there can give you some services, but keep your mind you will get any kind of disease from them.

I've been to China half a dozen times. Reading this reminds me that I've seen just a small fraction.

Christianity and Islam define themselves as 'belief systems'; scholars of religion refer to them as 'Universalist religions'.
Ethnic religions (including but not limited to Judaism, Shinto, and Longhouse) define themselves through culture and ethnicity. It's something you are born into and don't get to opt out of. Your choices are the extent you practice or don't practice.
It may be difficult to recognize religion in China and Japan to people used to thinking in terms of Christianity.

the big city at eastern and southern China is modern as the other western country. it’s totally lacking of unique identity. even the youth there does celebrate the western festival.
if you want to meet gay people in China you need go to those big city, i think there are million of gay lives there. you can go to the bathroom or public toilet to me them.
you should hide your sexual orientation when you go inland of China. it’s abit dangerous. especially you are in western China, bcos most of them are muslim. if you go to highland at tibet you will be more free with sexual, people there are kind and Sincerely bcos their religion is a kind of Buddhism. the southwest is very complicated about 50 different races lives there, some are tribe and the other may be modern. as foreigner you’d better go with a native Tourist guide. they will make you safety and keep away from the dangerous. but you will never know the real life there.
i’ve read a documentary book is about the life there in guizhou and sichuan, man living in the mountains they have homosexual sex bcos lack of females.
