I uploaded new torrent but my ratio didn't rise up.

Have you seen (in your torrent client) that leechers (peers) were downloading your torrent? You can see how much they have downloaded in percentage (%) - for example: when you uploaded your torrent and you saw leechers (peers) started downloading your torrent, their (leecher's) percentage (%) will grow continuously from 0% to 100% and you can monitor that.
If their percentage (%) was growing continuously and even reached 100% (which means they downloaded your file), yet you got no ratio, you should try clicking on Helpdesk and state your problem as "kalayaan" already advised you to do. -
If you see that people from Helpdesk can't help you aswell as people in this forum post, then I'm here to try helping you by guiding you through your problem step by step (I'm not an expert or anything about this subject - but I know stuff… so I'd like trying to help if nobody else can't/won't). I'll do my best... you'll just have to keep updating me with your progress

Do not be impatient. Sometimes it can take some time, even if someone has already downloaded the torrent completely.

It looks the files were completely uploaded.

Yeah I have mine up for over 48 hours connected sometimes and id still be stuck at the same Bonus point…
