Unable to seed / connect to peers [SOLVED]

Hey guys,
I can't seem to seed and connect to peers today. Also, when browsing, every torrent says there are 0 seeders and 0 leechers. Is there a problem here?

EDIT: Okay I've found one that has seeders/leechers, but still - there seems to be a lot of content that has no seeders/leechers.

Until a few minutes ago it was like this, utorrent was not connecting the tracker, but now it seems to be returning to normal.

I contacted the help desk - the tracker was down for a few hours earlier.
