Problem downloading torrents from this site

Using uTorrent, the selected torrent files from the site initially appear okay. Within a minute or so, the tracker (tracker gaytorrent ru) is no longer showing. The status says "downloading" but the down arrow indicator is red, and the the torrents are "inactive."
Under "Trackers," the status is "…timed out," and Peer Exchange, Local Peer Discovery, and DHT are "not allowed."
However, there are no problems downloading torrents from other sites.
Any assistance would be highly appreciated!

Don't worry about problems downloading from this site just now. The simple answer is you CAN'T, no-one can, no need to adjust your settings.
The tracker is not working while stuff is 'done'.
It has nothing to do with your end, your torrent client, your connection or whether you screwed a Moderator. There is nothing you can do. Except as slip45 says 'be patient'.
