I work as a mechanic (or more precisely a mechanic's helper) in a company that makes spare parts etc for firetrucks and fire extinguishing mechanisms ;D

What an interesting job! Do you find you are a bit of a counsellor, too? dealing with so many people just dealing with the death of a loved one ?

Pretty much, I deal with homeless people, elderly people, go to community events. Alerting lower income people about county benefits and events.
