In  my region we have a lot of beaches where is socially accepted to make love at evenings nights when there aren't minors in sight.

Outdoors adds a note of risk that makes the adrenaline pump.

Indoors is cozy and makes you feel more relaxed…and willing to try stuff.

But are equal in my book.

Then both.
I am living in Chile and when I moved here my bf and I went to the national park for 2 weeks, backpacking. I think we had sex all over the place and I am sure that a few even saw us.

Non-Sex, both also.
Tghere are good moments to be at home watching Netflix and snuggling, but also outdoors like morning walking in the foothills.
