Always make sure you maintain a high fibre intake at least for 2 days before you have sex. That will make your stool quite bulky and clean and little residue.
On the day of sex, just douche as normal. Thats why I like to plan sex instead of doing it last minute to make sure I am super clean.

LOL. I am not interested in anal sex much. But lately I find myself using my shower head a lot. I hate those fixed on the wall type of showers. I like those with a flexible hose that you can take down and aim it anywhere you want. I have one of those in my apartment and I have a multi setting shower head, eg. pulsate, wide, mist, focused stream, soft stream etc. I find myself using the focused stream a lot lately. I just feel cleaner after I do my business. The focused stream shoots water from the inner circle of the shower head, it's strong enough to give a moderate massage and deep enough to clean the inside of the area that needs to be cleaned. What's best is, I do all that inside my shower stall, in a squatting position so naturally the area is relaxed and opened. The water stream opens up the area and I don't feel the pain I usually relate to anal sex. I used to unscrew shower heads when I need to have a deep clean, but having this shower head is wonderful. I can do what needs to be done without unscrewing anything.

My god you people must not be very gay…LOL!!!! I use a "shower shot", it is how most bottoms in the United States clean inside deeply. I have had one for years and would not go without one. You can buy them online at Amazon, Fort Troff, Mr. S. Leather, and many gay online shopping sites. I can not believe one person posting in this thread mentioned it. The best way to get deeply cleaned, I have never once been dirty after using this. Invest in one, you will be glad you did. They even make a portable version for you to take with you on trips for hotel rooms, etc....check it out guys. Geeze!

Being the one who is going to be penetrated requires a lot of preparation. But becoming a full time bottom needs a total change of life. You need to keep a diet full of fiber every day, because if you eat something too fattish, you don't be absolutely clean after going to the bathroom. The good part of getting a hard diet of fiber and fish/chicken is that you will not need additional cleaning. This also depends on how deep you expect things to go. If you are just going for anal penetration the thorough use of a douche should be fine. If you want to go for a little more intense practices you have to douche more thoroughly and let your rectum slowly! fill up a little deeper. I found that using a skinny, long dildo while douching can help a lot if you want to have a deeper clean.

I drink Metamucil every night. It works extremely but it takes a few days for your digestive system to get used to it. I hardly have problems now since I started taking it.
